1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available for unopened, unused, and undamaged products returned within 7 days of delivery.
Perishable items (e.g., fresh produce, tubers, frozen foods) are non-refundable due to health and safety regulations.
To qualify for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be refunded:
Opened or partially used food products.
Perishable goods past their shelf life.
Gift cards, promotional items, or discounted clearance products.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
For faster resolution, please provide photos of the product and packaging.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Exchanges for other products may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

If approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to return the product.
Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was delivered in error.
